The quality of our staff, their commitment to the care and nurturing of children, their operation as professionals and their growth as a unified team are some of our greatest strengths. Arise has developed a local reputation for being a caring community and this has largely been earned as a result of the efforts of the staff.
The current leadership staff are Mrs Cathy Wanganga and Mr Nigel Limon. They both joined us from Maitland Christian School, and each has over 20 years’ experience as educators in Christian Schools, including many years working with students who struggle academically, and previous experience in Learning Support and special education.

Nigel Limon
Nigel has worked in Christian schooling for over 20 years. His passion is to see his students achieving success. In his downtime he loves to play guitar or computer games and do short-term mission work in the Solomon Islands.

Cathy Wanganga
Cathy has worked in Christian schooling for over 21 years. She is passionate about delivering high quality education that is accessible to all students. In her downtime she loves to read a wide range of books and eat the ‘occasional’ chocolate whilst doing so.
